Monday October 5, 2015 – V Taper –
Another Monday is here, and another workout is completed. I felt great today, thanks to that 32oz of Oj for my preworkout 😉 Monday are always have a rough start for me in the gym. I was ready today though!! If I’m going to hit my goal I need to not bs around anymore. My diet was so/so this weekend. I’m pretty sure I was close to my calories, however I know I wasn’t within the ratios I set. You can read about that here.
That being said today as I am writing this I am right on track!! I think there will still be some figuring out to do along the way, but I know what needs to be done. I don’t really like to cook so this is going to be fun for me, NOT. Tonight I did cook a pretty good dinner with beyond meat chicken, fajita veggies, rice, mushrooms, and basil tomato sauce. It was really good too, of course me cooking it has a little to do with that.
Anyway it is a great start to the week, and I hope you are doing something positive today to make the best version of yourself!!
