Motivation Monday Workout

Today was a really hard day. I don’t know why, but I felt so weak. Luckily for me I have a awesome trainer that got me through it.

Today’s Workout

Elliptical Warm up for 2:30

TRX Rows 3×15

Straight Bar Curls 45lb Bar 3×20

Variation of plank with 8lb kettle bell in hand 3x each side alternating.

Chest Press 3×20

Rope Pull with tension from Tyler

Sled Push 6x 340lbs plus sled weight
