September 11, 2015 Workout

It’s feel good Friday, and I’m back in the gym!!

I’m really starting to feel the effects of being back in the gym. I’m happier, I’m stronger, more important I’m back to showing up!! Today was a really good day. I was doing planks and Tyler (my trainer) said to go as long as I could. I did almost 25 seconds!!! Woohoo. Now that is making some gainz, haha.

Today’s Workout

2 Minutes on the elliptical to warm up

Heavy Rope Exercises: Waves 3x1min, Sidewaves 3x1min

Overhead Press 95lbs 3×10

Dumbbell Curls 25lbs 3×10

Calf Raises 3×15

Ab twist 3×10 on each side

Planks 3×3

    No way! Planks??? Man you killed it!! I’m really impressed with your range of motion too. Way to go! Keep up, brother.

      Thank you. I’ve always had great range of motion for my size. No stopping me now!!
